Originally a farm dating from the 1850s, the chalet at 460 Rue du Pernand underwent a complete renovation and refurbishment during 2009 and 2010.The works converted the building into 3 spacious self-contained apartments of different sizes. The non-smoking chalet offers the flexibility to hire each of the three apartments either on an individual basis; as a combination of any two; or as the entire chalet. Consequently, this versatility can therefore accommodate groups of guests ranging in numbers from 2 to 27.  All apartments have:- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher; TV; Hairdryer; individual locked Ski room with washing machine and tumble dryer.


The chalet is only 800m from the centre of Les Carroz, a pretty and traditional Haute Savoie village perched on a sunny plateau at 1140 metres. For Winter Sports enthusiasts, the property is in an excellent position, being only 500m from the local nursery slopes, giving direct access to the main cable car. Alternatively, the  free shuttle bus stops immediately outside the chalet. Skiing back to the chalet is possible in mid-winter, otherwise it is only a 6 minute walk back to the chalet from the nearest slopes.  


Amongst the numerous Summer Activities available, Paragliding is becoming increasingly popular, and it is worth noting that the main landing area is in the pasture immediately to the rear of the chalet.
